Support

Everything goes to support@hardlaunch.dev — one inbox, answered by the people who build HardLaunch.

Email us

Write to support@hardlaunch.dev from any device. It reaches the people who build HardLaunch — there is no ticket queue and no phone tree. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.

If you are signed in, the Help item in the app sidebar opens the same conversation with your business details already filled in, which saves us a round trip.

What to include

The email address on your HardLaunch account, and the name of the business you were working in. Most workspaces hold more than one, and we cannot tell which one you mean from the message alone.

What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the screen you were on is worth more than a description of it.

For anything on a published site, the address of the page — your hardlaunch.dev subdomain or your own domain.

On iPhone or iPad, your iOS version and whether the same thing happens on the web at hardlaunch.dev. That one line usually halves how long a fix takes.

Never send passwords, card numbers, or sign-in codes. We will never ask for them, and we do not need them to look at your account.

Billing, plans, and cancelling

Plan changes take effect immediately, and cancelling keeps your workspace and your published site up until the end of the period you already paid for. Both live in Settings.

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple, so they are managed in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. We can see the subscription but we cannot cancel or refund an Apple purchase for you.

If a charge looks wrong, email support@hardlaunch.dev with the date and amount and we will sort it out.

Your data

Settings holds an export that downloads everything HardLaunch stores for a business as one file, and a delete that permanently removes a business or your whole account.

Privacy questions and formal data requests go to privacy@hardlaunch.dev. Security reports go to security@hardlaunch.dev — please include steps to reproduce, and give us a chance to fix it before it goes public.

Reporting content

HardLaunch hosts websites for the businesses that build them. To report a published site for abuse, fraud, or content that breaks the terms of service, email support@hardlaunch.dev with the address of the page and what is wrong with it. We read every report and take down what has to come down.
