What HardLaunch is

HardLaunch is a workspace for local service businesses. It builds and hosts a public website for your business, drafts content with AI, and keeps your customers, bookings, invoices, and documents in one place. HardLaunch is operated from the United States and is currently in an early-access stage, which means features can change quickly.

These terms are an agreement between you (the business owner or team member using HardLaunch) and HardLaunch. By creating an account or using the product you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to use HardLaunch, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in method secure, and only invite teammates you trust — they can see and edit the businesses you share with them.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts to use HardLaunch for a business.

Plans and what they cost

HardLaunch has three tiers, billed in US dollars per business through Stripe. Free ($0) lets you build and preview a website draft and use the basics. HardLaunch One ($10 per month) adds going live on a hardlaunch.dev address, products and services, scheduling, customers, public lead and booking intake, and invoice payment links. HardLaunch Pro ($30 per month) is coming soon and will add everything in One plus Documents, Visibility, Brand, Content, a custom domain, public calendar feeds, AI image generation, and advanced agents.

AI generation is metered each calendar month: Free includes 25 generations, HardLaunch One includes 150, and HardLaunch Pro includes 500. Included generations reset each month.

Free is not a hosting tier — publishing your website, connecting a custom domain, and collecting invoice payments require a paid plan, and the Pro-only tools require HardLaunch Pro, which is coming soon. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When a paid plan ends, your workspace stays but its paid capabilities turn off until you subscribe again. If a renewal payment fails we keep everything online while Stripe retries, and we email you so you can update your card.

Getting paid by your customers

Invoice payment links are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account, which you connect from HardLaunch. Money your customers pay goes directly to you — HardLaunch never holds, receives, or transmits your customers' funds. Stripe's standard processing fees apply and are set by Stripe; HardLaunch does not add a platform fee.

Refunds, disputes, and payouts are handled between you, your customers, and Stripe under Stripe's terms. You are responsible for the goods and services you sell, for your prices and taxes, and for complying with Stripe's connected-account agreement.

Your website and your customers' data

Content you create in HardLaunch — your website, brand assets, invoices, customer records, and documents — belongs to you. You give HardLaunch permission to host, store, process, and display it so the product can work, including sharing relevant business context with our AI provider to generate drafts you asked for.

When visitors submit your website's contact form, you are responsible for that relationship: respond honestly, honor your local consumer-protection and privacy laws, and only use their details to handle their request. HardLaunch stores that data for you as a processor, as described in the privacy policy, and publishes a privacy notice on your site that tells visitors how their form details are used.

Acceptable use

Don't use HardLaunch to publish or send anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful; don't misrepresent who you are or claim a business you don't operate; don't try to break, overload, or probe the service; and don't use the AI features to produce spam or content you'd be unwilling to put your business's name on. We can suspend or remove sites and accounts that break these rules, and we may reclaim web addresses that squat on names you have no rights to.

AI features

AI drafts are suggestions, not professional advice. Review everything before you publish or send it — you are responsible for the final content. Prompts and generated drafts are kept for 90 days so your history works, then deleted.

Leaving, exporting, and deletion

You can export everything HardLaunch stores for a business as a single file from Settings, and you can delete a business or your whole account from Settings at any time. Deleting is permanent: it removes your data from our database, deletes uploaded images, and cancels the business's subscription.

Service quality and liability

HardLaunch is provided as-is while in early access. We work to keep it fast and available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service, and you should keep your own copies of anything critical (the export tool makes that easy).

To the fullest extent the law allows, HardLaunch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid HardLaunch in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; if a change meaningfully reduces your rights we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect. Questions go to support@hardlaunch.dev.
